This is a summary of the dispute I filed with PayPal against the makers of Natural Reader. Upon purchasing the software, the links they provided were infected with the WIN32:fujack W@htm worm. My anti-virus detected the worm, and Google identified the links as attack sites. They even require that you disable your anti-virus before installing the product. They initially offered a refund, but changed their minds.I never received the product. If you plan on doing business with this company, I urge you read below before making a decision..
Another litte warning: PayPal does NOT offer protection for "intangible" items, such as downloaded software, unless obtained through EBay. Just a little piece of info here. That is the only reason this case was not resolved in my favor.

* 12/22/2008 19:53 PST - Buyer: This company is selling software that will load malware on your computer. My antivirus caught it, GOOGLE caught it, but they deny it and refuse to offer a refund. I can forward the emails from them with the attack site links. In fact, they actually require that you DISABLE your antivirus protection before downloading their malware. I asked for a refund. They are ignoring me now.
